Since we seem to be on the topic of Lyme Disease throughout many threads now and throughout the years, I thought I'd start one with what many healthcare professionals use as a resource for education purposes.

This is a 33 page state report dated as of 2009, with a summary for 2008. It includes many links to reference websites.

Diane Atwood, the former health reporter for Channel 6 news, has a great blog on health. She has an entry on Lyme Disease that's very interesting.

Great recent documentary on Lyme Disease, free to watch on Hulu: Hulu - Under Our Skin - Watch the full movie now.

Everyone in Maine who ventures outdoors--even if only to garden or to mow their lawn--needs to see this.
