I've seen a lot of inexpensive homes on the market in Livermore Falls and I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the town, besides City Data statistics?

Livermore Falls is a very small town with very little industry. Farmington isn't too far away, home of the University of Maine Farmington. You could find work there and live in Livermore Falls. If you are looking for a town with very laid back people and a very simple no frills way of life then Livermore Falls is the place for you and yes it is very affordable in the way of real estate. The Jay papermill is nearby with a very unpleasant scent, and yes it comes right in to Livermore Falls. You can go to the town website by googling livermore falls maine, there is some helpful info. It really all depends on what you are looking for in a town as to whether this is a good match for you. I hope this helps and good luck.
