Mainelander - what is obnoxious is someone that doesn't give the pedestrian the right of way. It's the law!

I tried to rep this post, but I must spread it around more blah blah blah.

I would gladly buy you a beer sometime.

Next time we have a Maine City-Data supper I must try and remember to buy you one.

Radio Flyer's pet peeve about drivers in all states...

People that have no idea how to navigate a four way stop intersection. Good God, folks...Can you not count to 4? Can you not keep track of who arrived at the stop before you?

Or, maybe you're the type that thinks it's "first come, first serve". Well, it's not, idiot!

Then there are the super sweet, "I'll just wait til everyone else has gone through. I'm nice like that" types. Sigh.

I get these types a lot. Sometimes it's understandable: whoever put up the stop signs forgot to put the little "all-way" or "four-way" signs underneath the stop signs, so you don't know to take it in turns until you realize that everyone else has a stop sign too.

Then you have those idiots who don't use their turn signals!

Maybe you should hand out a set of instructions to pedestrians and drivers so they will know how to respond when you're in the area.

Mainegirl you are whats wrong with this state. You think your way is the right way so anyone that challenges it you get angry at. Just like the hicks that literally become enraged if someone passes them.

As for pedestrians having the right of way, i am not arguing that, what i am saying is just because you are a pedestrian doesn't mean you should not be considerate of OTHERS!

People like you drive 10 mph in a rainstorm and then get offended because the capable drivers behind you pass. Get over yourself.

I always figured that the people that have trouble with four-way stops are bad dancers. Theyt have no sense of timing and can't tell their left from their right.
