Folks, I am not up to speed...without creating anything controversial...what is a volvo line? I seen it now and have no idea what it is. I would appreciate a brief explanation. Is it a boundary of some sort?

JC3,
It's the part of Maine where the beautiful people live. A lot of them have recently moved to Maine, and know how things should be changed so that Maine would be like the place they escaped. They are members of Restore, the group that wants to turn most of northwestern Maine into a National Park. Those that live above the Volvo line just don't know what is best for themselves...above the Volvo line you probably will see four wheel drive pickups rather than Volvo's. They are also real upset by the Plum Creek development over in Greenville. Hopefully the beautiful people won't be offended by this description.
