I recieved a traffic ticket on a Howard County roadway traveling 67 in a 35 MPH zone. Not sure what the points are for the ticket, but the fine is $290. is it worth going to trail and pleading guilty? Or was the speed too high for PBJ?

Go to court. You never know what can happen - your officer may not show up and then you'll be found NOT GUILTY.

any speed more than 25 miles over the posted limit is a big deal. you definitely want to go to court, you are looking at serious points on your driver's record. If you have had other speeding tickets in the past 2 years, consider hiring an attorney.

YES GO TO COURT. That is a total of 5 points on your license for traveling 30 - 39mph over the speed limit! Even if you plan to plead guilty there is a good chance you won't see all of those points/fines!
