Which Black Hills, if its in South Dakoda, they have loads of camping and hiking. If you mean Black Hill's Forest, Maryland. DO NOT GO. They don't have hiking there, well I guess you COULD hike there, but I would advise agents it.

Oh, for South Dakoda, it was sacred to the indians a long time ago before they were drived out because the white man found gold. The one in Maryland is just plain dangerious. A long time ago a group of men were looking for Robin Weaver, but they were found nude and disembled with weird markings on them (on Coffin Rock) then they disapeared. Yeah it was a legend (Blair Witch Legend) but I believe in it. So...

Oh and the blair witch pwasnt even filmed in the black hills forest and all the noises were from the real produser and director plus the three film students never went missing and josh mike and heather have been on tv shows filmed with in the last 5 years and the blair witch project wasnt even fimed in 94' it was filmed in 96'. only thing real about it was the names of the "students" the myth about blair witch coffin rock ect and the time of year and everywhere but the woods was the actual town. just as an fyi

READ IT BEGINNING TO END, IT IS REAL.. DO NOT GO THERE!!
some people get themselves into trouble with otherworldly things when they focus too much on disclaiming them as myth. Spiritual overcomes science. Science cannot control Spirit. I would take the word of those who've been brutally murdered there... not some chick disproving it to be myth because she lives in Massachusetts and goes to school for something along the lines of Film and/or Media Direction. Do what you feel is right, but I wouldn't go there.

Oh geez, the whole story is made up, both the movie and alleged back story. There was no Blair, MD. There are no "Black Hills" near Burkittsville. Seven kids were never kidnapped and murdered there in 1940. Black Hill region park is in Montgomery County.

The whole "Blair Witch" experience is a great example of viral marketing using the internet. If you try and research it using google, you are going to find all sorts of real looking sites explaining the myth and they look authentic and believable. It is a great marketing scheme, but all made up. Dig deeper than just a google search and find the real truth.

Haha. If you think the Blair Witch project is real you're either a child or an idiot. Spiritual vs science. Give me a ducking break. Wtf. Not claiming that ghost don't exist. Not claiming that magic and supernatural **** isn't real. But the Blair witch project is so fake it's not even funny. Blair witch project real... lol ****ing morons. Get off Google and read a book. A lot of scary things out there and that at one of em.
