I am a teacher of 13 years that recently received my masters as a guidance counselor. Ive attended u of m@college park for a few years before transferring back home to nj. I loved md and is finally to move there. My research in terms of salary. Demographics revealed that montgomery, anne arundel and baltimore counties. Suggestions please.

I assume that you are trying to find some inside information on the status of jobs in each county. I am not a teacher, so I can only suggest you apply directly to each county school system that you are interested in. But please get someone to proof-read your resume for spelling and grammar before you start the process. The web sites are here, with my notes:

Careers- Montgomery County Public Schools, Rockville, MD . You have to sign up for an account with them to look at job openings.

Anne Arundel County Public Schools This is Anne Arundel County, and they have instructions for external candidates here. I suggest you follow their instructions or they may ignore your resume. They also have an inside track for current employees.

Job Openings for Baltimore County Baltimore County also requires you to establish an account before you even get to look at job openings.
