Where is there a nice area to live in the Rockville/Silver Spring area? Nothing luxurious but not cheap either. It's just for my husband and myself so any suggestions would be highly appreciated. We are in our mid 40's so we don't have to have a work out area just something nice but one thing that I am very strict with-NO ROACHES AND IT MUST BE CLEAN!!! Please help. Thanks is advance. If you were a bit older I would suggest the Leisure World high rises. I am not sure how they enforce their age restrictions, but I understand you have to be 55 or older.
For future reference, please do not use all capitals. It makes you seem hostile, and no one will want to resepond. Furthermore, no one here is able to inspect every apartment building for roaches and dirt. That's your responsibility.
It would also help if you specified a price range. I was going to suggest Archstone in Wheaton, but wasn't sure of your budget. It's sort-of expensive, but it's brand-new so it probably won't have roaches.
