Hello Marylanders!
I am a Jazz Singer who happens to be very impressed with how healthy MD's State funding for the Arts seems to be.
I am sincerely considering a move to an inexpensive town in Maryland ( I know, I know, is there such an entity? haha) Recommendations please
I like walking and am a polite but kinda likes to mind thier own business typa person so that kind of neighbor would be nice.
Hoping to find paying gigs at nice restaurants and cafes, perhaps hotel and convention work.
Is there a Jazz scene in Maryland? Lots of Musicians? Not enough? Cliquish? Hard to break into?
Would like to hear from Musicians as well too please.
