Tom, you have shown that you have no idea what you are talking about and post based on hearsay and your own lack of understanding. You didn't know there was a ferry on the Potomac..what else don't you know? You don't know anything and I am not going to waste my time trying to make a point because you are too dense to see things from a perspective other than that empty glass bottle you keep staring at.

Pick sides on issues just to get revenge on the other party? Shows what type of person you really are.

I truly think the passage of these referendums has only emboldend the Democrats to push more of their liberal agenda on us. They are talking about abolishing capital punishment next year. IF that happens there will have to be another petition drive and ballot measure to keep the death penalty in Maryland. Especiallly in light of the violent crime in Baltimore City and PG County it is critical we maintain capital punishment here.

All nice Progressive feathers in MOM's cap for a potential 2016 Presidential run. Shame is, as soon as he opens his mouth, his chances will evaporate. It didn't take him long to be pulled off the Obama campaign trail. A lackluster Convention speech and some cringe worthy TV interviews and that was that. I don't think he can play on the big stage. He still may end up being our next Senator for life once Mikulski hangs'em up.

Capital Punishment? When was the last time someone was executed in MD? Do you really think Capital Punishment is a deterrent?

There are people on Maryland's death row who are not executed yet because of O'Mallley's moratorium on executions. The families of their victims are still awaiting justice.

I haven't read all of Tom's posts but I also am conservative (female and not white).
All the ballot questions I voted against, passed. And let's just say that's not the only thing that didn't go the way I voted.

I just vote the way I vote and hope for the best.
There's another thread about "whether Republicans do, or do not, have a clue in Maryland." It's VERY interesting reading.

I don't care whether the death penalty stays or go but the person dies then what? Nothing changes.

Dear Gerrymander,

Thank you for squashing any politcal views other then that of Commrade OMalley. Now nothing stands in the way of 50% of a state dominating 100% of the views. Oh and the fact that Montgomery county wasnt lumped in with western maryland before baffled me as they are identical and have always voted the same. /sarcasm

Sincerly,
Independent party Sarcastic pissed off marylander.
