Where could I find info of new-construction townhouses around Columbia/EC? (Baltimore: condominium, new construction)

Just noticed that there was a small community of townhouses called Ellicott Crossing right at Rt40 and 29 intersection. It was not showing up in Redfin and I barely missed it on Zillow. Where could I find such information if zillow and redfin do not work?

Try Google. The builder is Ryan Homes, and they have a web site with office hours and a drawing of their 1697 SF house. Prices start in the upper $290s.

Thanks. What I meant was where I could find info on other new constructions besides this one. We've looked at this one already, just want to know if there are other new townhomes are being built along rt29 between Columbia and EC.

I've found the best source used to be the New Homes magazines or similar which you find in the drug stores. The builders advertise their developments, sometimes before Redfin or Zillow gets the info.

An alternative is to google "new homes guide magazine", and you get the electronic version. Then put in your price range and Ellicott City. As an example, I put a top price of $400,000, and several Ryan developments showed up, along with others in Brooklyn Park, Baltimore County and other locations you might or might not want.

if you happen to be over 55 years old, there are also a couple of nice condominium communities.
