I have a 98 toyota camry and needs some repairs. Anybody know a good independent mechanic who specialized in Japanese cars would work on a car if provide him the parts? most of the shops dont like to use parts you supply them. I am just trying to cut some costs because there are multiple issues on the car and don't want to end up spending few hundred dollars on each of them. I have some engine oil leak and tx oil leak issues apart from some suspension issues. The area of interest would be anywhere from Frederick to Bethesda (270 corridor). I work in chevy chase and don't mind a drive to PG county if I have to. Just need a good guy who knows these car well.
