I have been trying to sell my condo for the past couple of months so that I can move to Baltimore. The market is tough. I just dropped the price another 10 thousand. 20 thousand below what it started for originaly.

It is a 2 bed, 2 bath, basic condo. No frills, basic apartment style, has a deck, new lighting throughout, new faucets, laminate floor in foyer and kitchen. Smaller sized stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen. Appliances and a/c heat pump are original but all seem to be in good shape. New paint. Too blue for some so I am painting the living and dining 2 different shades of a nice neutral beige/tan color. I have an assigned parking spot in the front. It is close to rte 100, as in you can hear it and see it (200 feet away maybe) but I am used to it, like it is ocean noise after our 6 years of living here. It is on the edge of Columbia and Ellicott city, area code 21043. It is close to the mall by 10 minutes, close to Target(s), many restaurants. My building is diverse which is good. A police officer lives in the building. No crime that I have heard of though. Everyone says hello. Overall a nice and quite building.
I have an open house sunday 1:30 - 3. Check it out.

Have you listed it on Zillow.com? Also try adding it to Craigslist. I go to settlement for the sale of my house in Gwynn Oak this Friday. I listed it Labor Day weekend, and didn't get much activity until I lowered my price to the "magic number." I say "magic number" because every market is different. Good luck to you.

I have put it on Zillow but I will post it there now. My realtor posted it on Craigslist. Yeah, if that magic number is lower than what I have the condo at now, it might keep me from buying another house. Congrats on selling your home.
Thanks for your help.
