I have been trying to sell my condo for the past couple of months so that I can move to Baltimore. The market is tough. Have you listed it on Zillow.com? Also try adding it to Craigslist. I go to settlement for the sale of my house in Gwynn Oak this Friday. I listed it Labor Day weekend, and didn't get much activity until I lowered my price to the "magic number." I say "magic number" because every market is different. Good luck to you.

I have put it on Zillow but I will post it there now. My realtor posted it on Craigslist. Yeah, if that magic number is lower than what I have the condo at now, it might keep me from buying another house. Congrats on selling your home.
