Wait a minute I thought we were discussing it. Now you bring up they. In almost 10 years in the Air Force I never found out who they were. In fact I had more than one supervisor who was getting ready to retire after 30 years who said that in all that time it was impossible to find out who they were or to see the big picture.
I'm not sure they are just a Maryland issue or actually a bigger issue
