I never said that YOU were, just that there was a preponderance in the counties surrounding DC. Way to make accusations though.

Severna Park isn't ordinary when seated next to towns like Pasadena where homes "only" go in the 200-400k range, or Glen Burnie where homes are in the 150-250k range (and with downward pressure due to aging structures and demographic shifts).

I don't think you can compare the two regions. Annapolis homes are either super wealthy or average for the county, with not much in between the two. And then there's Severn, South Gate, and that horrible area outside of Ft. Meade called Pioneer City.

Yet you made the accusations that the rich in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac are federal workers which is not the case. Yes, Severna Park is not ordinary but it gets overhyped quite a bit.

Deluusions, you argue just to 'hear' yourself hold forth. You're pedantic and annoying.

I never knew Glen Burnie was bad. Seems like a modest working class area, but not "bad".

I never said that every single individual was, but there is certainly a much higher preponderance of federal workers in those areas. It has more to do with proximity than anything else.

There was never an "accusation" either. Just pointing out reality, which has now somehow become a faux-pas in our society.

You can't compare apples to elephants. Please get over yourself. No need to nit-pick either.

Default Good Question

Having recently relocated to Glen Burnie I must agree there is a trashy atmosphere in the area. It's not because it's a "working class" community. That's no excuse for a low class mindset. People think that because they may not be in the upper wage earners that somehow that excuses them from acting right. Vulgarity and acting "trashy" does not make you cool. Smoking and tattoos don't necessarily make you trashy, it's an attitude.
