I got a ticket for "driving in excess of reasonable and prudent speed" but doesn't mention the speed or how far over. It's a $90 ticket but doesn't tell me how many points, should I pay the fine or request the trial???

Typically that citation is issued during inclement weather. It carries 1 point. If you feel you are guilty select option #1 or option #2 for guilty with explaination. If you feel you are not guilty then select option #3.

A police officer should be able to issue a ticket for "speed greater than reasonable" without having to quantify it. Its not always possible to clock an obvious aggressive and speeding driver.
