My husband and I moved from FL about 2 years ago to live with his family and I planned to bring my pitbull up here with me when we were able to get our own place. After we moved up here I found out that pitbulls were completely banned from PG county and the cities that allow pitbulls are only allowed if renting or owning (which most landlords wont allow because of the law stating the landlord is responsible for dogs actions), no apartments except for The Forest apartments in Rockville (please correct me if I'm wrong). I know there have been recent trials against this law in 2014 and wanted to know if anyone knows of any updates on what's going on with these breed restrictions. We are planning to move out in another year or so and want to know what our options are to bring my dog back up here with me. Thanks!!

Also, I saw this recent article that seems to me they got rid of the "inherently dangerous" law.
