Hi does anyone have anything good or bad to say about these homes in Towson?

Are they in a nice area? The street view photos and photos I have seen makes them look next to industrial looking land.

I heard something about the Taxes being lower for these too..

Also whats the crime like in that area... Or towson in general?

Thanks!

Went to school there, twice, and visited again a little while ago. Towson has a large mall which feeds a lot of bus lines from not so great places. There is also a court house and mental hospital (private) in the immediate area. Honestly depends on where in Towson these are, since there are two university/colleges there, not sure what type of feel you are looking for. Great health food store though, Trader Joe's, etc.

They do receive a 5 year property tax credit IIRC. The homes are nicely laid out and Bozzuto typically builds nicely laid out communities.
