My family and I are moving to Cecil County soon, not too far from Perryville Casino. I have read other posts about racism in Cecil County, but they are kind of dated. I have spoke to 3 other people that have had racial incidents while in Cecil County, including a federal agent. My family is very diverse. Is this a cause for me to be concerned?

Perryville, Md seems diverse or at least the community I went to. We're moving there soon. Different racial backgrounds were in the neighborhood walking around. We've even asked a neighbor walking and he said it's really friendly and diverse. I don't know about other parts since I haven't really visited the other places often. We've visited Perryville, Md during the day and evening frequently to get a feel for it.
