Not being able to find a shark's tooth in that part of the Bay is like not being able to get a "girlfriend" when you're on shore leave in the Philippines.

Just thinking about my girls when they were all young we would hike around there (80"s) and yes all of them found a "sharks tooth".

Yes . 1965. A counselor came in the cabin and said listen to this on a 6 or 8 transistor radio(it was satisfaction by the stones just came out). We had the whole camp circled around a giant teepee of wood that night (pitch black and Indian theme everywhere) hidden up in a tall tree was a guy where a wire ran all the way to the wood. He lit a roll of tp and it came sliding down from the heavens and when it hit the camp wooden tepee it burst into flams. Very impressive to a young kid. Sharks teeth everywhere and the idea of no cliffs today is BS. Its not about *safety* . follow the dollar and big government. Sooooo sad. now there memory thieves too !

One year we took a canoe trip down the Chesapeake Bay down to the Potomac up to Harpers Ferry which took about 5 days. I would encourage those experiences be enjoyed by all young boys. It was a wonderful christian experience and great memories. Our Bunk house was about 25 feet from the top of the cliff straight down to the Chesapeake.
