Hi All, I searched the threads and couldn't seem to find one focused on semi custom home builders in Montgomery County, MD. I found a thread focused on NoVa and it looks that most of these builders focus on Nova and MD has some different semi custom builders such as Chadsworth Homes.

Open to hearing some builders that the forum has evaluated and/or used for the homes so I can use that as a short list to begin my research.

Thank you!

If you do not get any response from this forum, why not contact a few builders and ask for references?

I suspect most of the folks on this forum have either lived in their homes a long time, or they are transplants looking to rent. Good luck!

What is your definition of "semi-custom?" Most home builders have floorplans that are somewhat modifiable. Are you seeking structural changes or merely a few changes to an already established floor plan?

Edit: Nevermind. I see the OP is more than 2 years old.
