You could probably count the number of Colts fans who became Redskins fans on one hand and have a finger or two left over. Not one Colts fan that I knew became a Redskins fan. One side of my family switched to the 'Skins. The other side never really picked up another team, they just sorta watched football sometimes when it was on.

Howard County seems mixed to me while leaning more towards the Ravens. But other than that, I agree with MrMaryland's assessment.
