Hi,

Now that I have found a place to live in Maryland, we went down last weekend for a househunting trip, the move seems much more real and so I need to figure out how to ship two cars to Balitmore.

I was searching online, and theres just so many companies, I have no idea how good or bad they are.

Any suggestions on what to look for in a car moving company, or even specific company names would be nice.

Thanks.

It's not that far, is there a reason the cars can't be driven down?

why don't you just drive? Its only 7 or so hours -- easy trip on a saturday and then take SW back up.

I agree. Its just that my company is willing to pay, and I figure why not :-)

No big deal.

Call the big moving companies (Allied, Mayflower, United) and find out how much they'll charge. As long as it's nothing huge (like a Hummer H1), they should be able to load it.
