Yeah I was thinking Great Falls would be one of my entries as well. As for rural living of southern PG county or the Eastern Shore I agree it would be too limiting and boring for me too. That's why we love living in Mt Airy. It's beautiful county living for sure but we can get to things in Frederick, Westminster or Baltimore in 30 minutes, 45 to DC.

There are a lot of things I don't like about Maryland. But you know what? There are a lot of things I DO like as well. And those beautiful pictures are a reminder of some of the wonderful things that this state has to offer.

I've lived in Maryland for 21 years, far longer than I've lived anywhere else. And these have been the best 21 years of my life. Seems rather unfair not to give the state at least some credit for that.

I agree. That is why I don't frequent the Maryland message board very often. Someone is always bashing Maryland.
