My dad bought a house across the street from a graveyard near Salem, Mass.

He got a deal on it but quickly found out why when he tried to sell it a couple years later!

Luckily he avoided a 2nd beating in real estate when trying to buy a house that abutted I-95! Family said no matter how much of a deal it was I-95 wasn't closing anytime soon!
