Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for apartments in the cockeysville, mays chapel, Timonium area. I am aware of the saddle brook and deer tree apartments as I have had friends and family live there. I'm looking for a place that is pet friendly as I have a dog. Washer and Dryer in unit would be great. I'm trying to stay away from the Towson area because I don't want to live in an apartment that has a majority of college kids.

Thanks!

I think you will get a better response if you post in the Baltimore forum.

Just avoid Rossbrook. Personally the apartments around here are considered a major eyesore. But the area is safe.
Mays Chapel, and the new Apts in Hunt Valley by Wegman's would be your best bet. Also there are a group of Apts off of Pots Spring RD that are nice. And in a very nice area.

I stayed at Saddlebrook. Wasn't too bad. Full size washer and dryer. Not too far from Towson. I think there is even a shuttle near by. Many apartments are updated. It also seemed safe not priced too high. Depends on your budget.

Digger 68 suggestion of May Chapel is a good option. I wasn't able to stay there but wanted to. They did have anything available when I went. I do not think they had a washer or dryer but I cannot remember.

Another option is Padonia village. It was another option I was going to pursue, but they did not have anything available at the time .

The apartments off of Pot Spring are Dear Fox.

And Padonia Village was raising it's rent.

The entire area is expensive, but it's easy to get to anything.
