Maryland voter registration system runs on software owned by Russian-financed firm, I-Team learns

In the Primary election late last month, thousands of voters had to vote with provisional ballots because they were not in the system. Now they come out with this, and no one at WBAL or the government seems to tie these two facts together? I only skimmed through the story looking for the tie-in, but never noticed anything about the problems last month.

Given the political makeup of our liberal leaning government, and the fact that I lean to the right, I would like to know who is responsible for choosing the software in the first place. Did they have any connections with the Clinton Foundation? Far fetched thought for sure, but what other entity has been paid off lately by Russians?

Besides the NRA, Trump, and a yet to be determined number of Republican members of Congress, I don't know of any.
