Hi All - my kids (25 & 29) will both be relocating along with the Fort. They are both single and not into partying. Can anyone provide any info on decent, safe, affordable housing for them to look at. Neither has ever lived anywhere outside of our home town. Thanks very much :-)

Default Home for sale in beautiful Havre de Grace, Md

Hi all and welcome to APG! My wife and I are selling our Townhome that we have lived in since it was built 12 yrs ago. Since returning from Iraq in 2008 we have sank almost 30K into totally remodeling it from top to bottom. It truly is a great deal for the area and the condition its in. One of the best things about it that my agent can't say in her add is, that it's in an area that allows your kid to go to one of the nicest elementary schools in Harford County: MEADOWVALE! look it up on line and see the rating. Check out the link: 138 GRACECROFT DRIVE, Havre de Grace MD 21078, MLS #HR7517981, Weichert.com

It's located at: 138 Gracecroft Drive, Havre de Grace MD. 21078

Approx. 7-10 minutes from the employee gate at APG! 2 min. from the waterfront and great dining and antiques.

Fact: Havre de Grace barely lost out to Washington D.C. in being our nations capital.

My agent is Maria Fothergill of Century21 Cell: 410-937-1330 We bought if from her originally 12 yrs ago and most recently our new home as well. She's a lovely lady!

You can tell her the owner "Nick" posted this.
