Hi All, I'm new to Maryland, specifically Howard County. I have an 8 year old daughter and would like to get her started in girls lacrosse. Does anyone have information about what is available here? Would the school system have teams at that age? Is there a local club that I should look at? She has never played so I'm looking for a learning experience as well. Thanks!

Brevard doesn't have a Parks & Recreation Dept with kids sport leagues?
Howard does.

Brevard did not, most everything we came across was private clubs. But as a general rule, Florida doesn't really take lacrosse seriously.
