Are there other cities of its size where one can hang Trump signage?

Yes, I do know some Trump voters in the Baltimore area, city and suburbs, although I use the word voter rather than supporter as there is a difference.

Trump will certainly win at least a third of the votes cast across the region and probably around 10% of the city. I just checked the data from the 2016 election and Trump garnered 40% of the vote in Baltimore County and 10% of the city. So there are certainly Trump voters. Just as there are Democratic voters in Utah.

That wasn't how the question was asked......

I can see why the Trump voters are remaining quiet and out of the public eye in and around Baltimore.

Plenty of Biden signs. In people's windows.

Haven't seen any Trump signs in the city or suburbs. I'm politically indifferent (which probably means you hate me more than a Trump supporter) but even I can see why the Trump voters are remaining quiet and out of the public eye in and around Baltimore.
We all know why, there are few to none in Baltimore.
