If someone were earning $37 an hour with job located in DC, what would be some affordable (able to live comfortably, at least) DC suburbs to reside in that are safe

How are towns like Fort Washington and Upper Marlboro?
What are safe, relatively inexpensive (by DC standards) suburban in Prince George's County?

Those are good choices, although Upper Marlboro has many expensive single-family houses. I would suggest looking at others, depending on which Metro line you want to use. I am familiar with Greenbelt, Beltsville and Calverton. Beware of places that seem too cheap. What would be your rent budget per month?

Do you need schools? That drives locating in Prince George's for many people.
