Considering a retirement home at Scot's Glen in Columbia, Md. Any info on quality and value of the homes would be appreciated. Also, the location.

Think about supply and demand. Will there be enough people wanting to live there when it is time to sell if it is restricted by age? Will there be many people 55-60 wanting to live with you at that stage of your life and your neighbors then? Remember those of us who are 55-62 now will in our 70's in 15 years and will we look as good on the sales brochure?
