I was just wondering if anyone could recommend any nice, family-friendly townhouse communities in Harford County?
Our main concern is safety and schools. We've heard Bel Air, Forest Hills and Fallston have great schools.
But, we are confused about Belcamp and Abingdon...heard they are nice, but don't they go to lousy high schools?
Any help would be appreciated....Thanks!!
PS-My husband would love a garage, but it's not a deal breaker if there isn't one.

Riverside South(Belcamp) have Garaged townhomes in a development called Eagles Landing I'm sure there's something on Kestrel Drive, Harrier Dr. or Bald Eagle Way. Teens would attend Aberdeen High School

Yup, Belcamp has plenty of Townhouses to look at, and from cheap to very pricey. Aberdeen High (AHS) is the usual public High School choice and there are one or two private schools (John Carroll) to choose from.

We had mixed results with AHS; enough so that we opted for home schooling with our 3rd child. Of course, all High Schools are filled with teenagers, so it's tough to find a "good" one.

Default Townhouse in Bel Air

Good morning,
In reference to Bel Air, I have a townhouse that I am selling in the C. Milton Wright High School area (nationally ranked), Southampton Middle school and Fountain Green which are always ranked #1-2 in the county. Stay in and around this area and you will be fine. If somewhat interested just send me an e-mail at tpburke4@aol.com

Good luck

That's a good way to put it. Even with the best private schooling there's no guarantee all children will be on thier best behavior at all times
