Hi,

I am looking for apartments to rent in the white marsh or bel air area. Does any one have suggestions on where are good, safe, and clean...apartments. I am relocating from Florida and am not familiar with the area at all...

Thank you!

Please give more info like price range, size of apptmts, do you have kids, are schools a concern.... What type of life-style you are looking for...you might not have to go as far as White Marsh or Bel Air to find a place. Bel Air is already a nightmare to drive to and from. But both have decent places.
If you give more details you will receive answers. Good luck!

Hi,

Well no I am single and have no kids. So schools are not a concern. I am looking for a max budget of $1000 dollars for an apartment. I would prefer a two bedroom but a one bed room would be okay as well. I have been looking into several apartments in the area. I do not want to live in the city I would rather live in the suburbs..more a quite type of lifestyle! (some ppl may call boring)

Such as cambridge courts, canterberry apartments, and the crossings at white marsh. Anyone have any specific information about these apartments. Or perhaps one I have over looked?

Just an observation, the closer you are to Baltimore, the more expensive the apartment will be (per sq ft). For Edgewood area, I would look in the north side of Harford, north of Bel Air/Fallston area, or maybe Perryville in Cecil County, but the commute might be outside of your range (distance wise).

I can't give you any information about the apartments themselves, but IMO The Crossings at White Marsh would be a nicer location than where the other two complexes are located. Not that they are in a bad area, but the Philadelphia Road corridor has a number of industrial parks and other commercial properties around, whereas the area nearer to White Marsh mall is more residential.

There are a number of apartment complexes in the White Marsh/Perry Hall area that might fit the bill. If I were you I'd stick to the neighborhood around Honeygo Blvd and Silver Spring Rd - north of Rt. 43.
