I'd suggest, in additional to the Baltimore forum, adding subforums for D.C. Suburbs, Eastern Shore and Hagerstown (western Maryland).
If there were a Baltimore forum, DC 'burb Forum, Eastern Shore forum, and Western Maryland Forum there would be no Maryland forum at all.

Regardless, as the resident Western Maryland poster, please don't include Hagerstown in any prospective WMD forum. Any self-respecting Allegany or Garrett County resident can tell you Western Maryland starts at Sideling Hill, everything east is just "down state."

If I could, I'd vote yes. The breakdown makes sense.

Frederick County should not be included in the Maryland suburbs subforum IMO. Though Frederick is a significant bedroom community for Washington, DC (and to much lesser degree, Baltimore), it is its own distinct area, unlike Montgomery County or Prince George's County.
