I am relocating to the DC/Baltimore area. My husband will work in Baltimore and I in DC. His schedule will be more rigorous so we are trying to live closer to Baltimore, without a horrendous commute for me. We looked at Penniman Park in Elkridge and Merion in Columbia over the weekend. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with either of these places. We have a small child and are looking for a relatively safe area but we don't care about school systems at this point since he is so young and we will likely move in 2-3 years. We also want a clean place to live without a major insect problem and decent management.
