A little background... I will be working in Raynham and the wifey will be working at Gillette in Boston (near South/Broadway T). Our criteria:

- Looking to spend between $400-600 for a single family home
- Nice neighbhorhoods
- Prefer newer developments vs. older
- We have a litte one on the way, so nice schools and day care are a plus
- Access to the commuter rail or T for the wife (if possible) can also commute by car but I hear traffic heading into the city is terrible
- Decent car commute to Raynham for myself

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!

Default towns

Hi,
Emailed you earlier, but in general, good towns to consider for your dual commutes:
Dedham, Norwood, Walpole, Mansfield, Sharon

I grew up in Walpole years ago - nice town and you should be able to find something in your price range - many newer developments there too. Not sure how long a comute it would be to Raynham.
