Does anyone know how long the drive from Andover to Boston is at 7:30am? And how long is the drive from Boston to Andover at 5pm? I am trying to figure out how long my commute would be if we moved there. Thank You!!!

Actually, you will be reverse commuting so it may not be so bad. ItGoing north, it may fill up fromt Montvale Avenue to the 128 interchange on 93 because people are trying to get onto Route 128 but other than that should be relatively less trafficky (as long as you can get onto 93 north of the city). Going south, you'll hit some traffic around Sullivan Square.

I would say 45 minutes. I may be a little shorter in the morning and longer in the afternoon because 93 south clogs up around Sullivan Square since you lose a lane.

On most days, it'll take 45 minutes, but on some days it can be longer. If you leave before 6:30 am or after 9 am, your commute time will be significantly reduced.

I also commute between Andover and Boston but on most days I can leave after 9 am, which reduces my commute time to 35 mins usually.

From Boston to Andover at 5 pm should take 40 minutes on most days.

Again, for the return commute, I usually leave after 6:30 pm, and hence it takes me 35 mins on most days.

Just wanted to mention was my post meant that you LIVE in Boston and are commuting to Andover. If you will live in Andover are commuting to Boston, the commute is terrible. Probably an hour and a half in the morning and an hour and 15 minutes in the evening.

I'd recommend you take the train in because there are two stops that go through there, and it will be faster
