We need some local info to guide a condo purchase. We are interested in a property that is near the Reservoir stop train yard and are wondering how loud it is? We have been to the property twice for about 30-40 mi urea each time but could really use local perspective.

Not that loud, the trolleys are electric. Not like your dealing with actual diesel trains. Only noise really is some squeaking as they pull in and if they couple/uncouple cars.
