Looking for a place where they do lobster rolls right, not coated in mayo, just chunks of fresh lobster on a traditional buttered and grilled roll. I've been striking out with places that do fancy sweet potato rolls or floury rolls pulled right out of the fridge and heavily mayo'd lobster meat. I want a roll that tastes like summer on the Cape. Please don't post and tell me where not to go. I've already found those places besides I don't want to ruin anyone's business. Thanks.

Swan River Seafood over in West Dennis on Rt. 1-A. Used to be one of the best ! OMG, I am drooling for their fried clams too.

Not a great fan of lobstah (gads!!!!!) but everyone I've taken to the Chart Room in Cataumet agrees it's the best. Not on the menu. You have to ask for it.

Hemisphere on the canal in Sandwich. On the regular menu they have twin lobster rolls served on grilled New England buns, no celery and minimal mayo. I think they are pretty big so I usually split it with someone.

My hands down favorite is the Raw Bar too but I prefer the Hyannis location. Nice to look out on the water and have a lobster roll.

Only problem is it doesn't fit what iPoetry was looking for.

You're right, Ocean Street is a good location. Why doesn't it meet the original request?
