Hi guys I'm lookig for some serious advice. My House was forclosed now is own by the bank Its been sitting there for a year now.Would there be any posibility for me to recover it? I was naive had no support and lost my job , it was my first house and I would love to recover it now that i have finacial stability. It has alot of sentimental value.

I'm sure the bank would be happy to get the house off its hands. But then there's this "financial stability" question. Can you convince them that you're going to keep up the payments?

And sentimental value is fine, but what about the house's real value in today's market? If you owe the bank more than the house is worth, you may be better off just letting them keep it.
