I know this is an odd question...need help remembering a store in Danvers back in the 70's. I was chatting with my parents about when I was a kid, and somehow this store came up in our discussion.

It was on Rt 35 at the corner of Rt 35 and the back way into the Liberty Tree Mall. If I remember right, there was a KFC across the street (but I don't even know if it was there back then). That corner used to have a Sporting Goods store.

What was the name of the Sporting Goods store that was there? It may have been two different names...but looking for the name.

If anyone can help, it would be appreciated. It's just one of those things that has been bugging me because I can't remember!!! I want to say Spauldings, or maybe something that began with a "w"....NO IDEA!

Thanks!

There used to be a MVP Sports store at 107 High Street; there is a Walgreens there now.

Default Danvers MA trivia question

I know this is a really old post, but I was so proud of myself that I remembered this ...

It was Coleman's sporting goods.
