About how long (in terms of time) is the AM/PM rush hour commute from Acton to the closest Route 95 (north) on-ramp? This would be from the Acton/Concord border in the morning. Which is the best route (2A, etc.) to take to get from that part of Acton to 95? Thanks.

Do you mean 495? That would be 2a west to 495, an easy drive, especially against traffic. If in the lower part of Acton, that would mean Rt.2 west to 495, also an easy drive against traffic.
If you mean 95 (128) you'll be piled up with everyone else coming in from the west on Rt.2 east to 95/128. I hope you mean 495. I don't know about the time factor to 95, just that when I go the other way (east on Rt.2 at 7:30a.m. the cars are lined up. Only saving factor is that the worst pileup seems to be getting onto 128/95 south, not north.
