I really do appreciate all the comments and help, I would love to keep the monthly rent budget under 1500-2000 if possible, do you think this is doable ?

In Melrose, for example? You could certainly find a 2br in that range. Finding a place with 3 bedrooms in Melrose for less than 2000 would be harder but definitely not impossible. Not sure how many bedrooms you need.

2 bedrooms would work well, especially if it has additional storage capacity.
