Philip Andover doesn't have a K-8 program. Please double check with your source of information prior to posting.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all the replies. We decide to buy a house in lynnfield. Any recommended agencies?
Is this a good time/season to buy a house? Or better wait until next year?
