Check out the redfin.com website - they show homes for sale on a map, so you can determine the home's proximity to highways and other amenities. The site also provides school data, and lots of other information that is both timely and accurate. We are currently relocating to metrowest and love this site for its ease of use and interface. P.S. Always consider the town's tax rate when choosing where to live. It definitely affects a town's affordability! Good luck!

Akoto,

A co-worker also suggested I use Redfin. I signed up yesterday and they provide more information than most sites out there. Thanks for the tip.

I would lean more towards keeping you closer to Boston and have your husband drive further to get to Westminster. He will be going opposite of which way rush hour traffic is moving. I did the commute into town from Central MA for far too long. It is serious torture! I actually had to go into town this past Wednesday from Hudson to the South Boston exit off of the Pike, I had to be in town for 10:30, I left Hudson at 9:00 A.M. and made it to South Boston at 10:45. An hour forty five and at nowhere near peak time. I am soooo glad I am not doing that every day like I used to. It is enough to make you contemplate suicide.. lol (kind of)!
