Which towns in Ma are affordable and are of good quality to live in? I have a toddler so it has to be safe, or safer then most if possible haha. Nowhere in this world is safe but we need something better than most lol. thanks!!

List of Massachusetts locations by per capita income - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

try #s 250 - 330 for affordable and reasonably nice places in the commonwealth. Also include amherst, parts of lowell, lynn, and new bedford for affordable areas but be sure to know the neighborhood if you want good quality of life

if you want better than most go for the top ###

Well, how close to Boston do you need to be?

I like Plymouth, and the prices seem a good value. But it's 40 miles southeast.

Also, what do you consider "affordable"?

And what's your idea of good quality, other than safe? Is there a certain kind of layout or general character (urban, suburban, classic small town, etc.) that you'd prefer if it fits your budget? Do you want access to public transit? How important is the quality of schools?
