Funny. Now I'm really curious. I'm moving to North Sudbury soon and my parents will be looking for a place to stay nearby. Their options will include apartments in Concord or possibly a cheap condo in either Maynard or Framingham.

I just posted on another thread to someone to check out Deer Path and Apple Ridge in Maynard. These are good value for the quality of these townhomes, reputable associations too. There is a condominium on Baker Street in Concord, I think Walden something that is popular with seniors, due to the proximity to the West Concord train, downtown and the hospital and doctors. I've seen it and it is not as updated or roomy as the two in Maynard. Windsor Gardens is popular in Framingham with seniors; however, outside of senior services they will be car dependent.
