I think you might have just answered your own question :-)

The Town will be building a new library near Nobscot/Saxonville. I am sure with the capital improvements the shopping center will reemerge and be less of a hassle than the many others in Town. Lots of trails and close to Sudbury. It's still relatively affordable but I can that changing in the next 5-10 years. Clearly it won't happen overnight but get in while its cheap-er :0)
