I need some advices from Westfield area parents. We are moving over there from Seattle area and we arrived here two years ago from Italy (near Venice) to stay with my husband that is American. We have three boys, 13,11 and 6 that were just starting to get used to the new place and making friends. My two older kids are very afraid of moving again, and very, very sad. I would like to know how is life for kids over there, and where can be a good, family friendly area, with good schools, to look for a house. Here kids are pretty much always inside, I rarely see them play outside, riding bikes etc. I live north of Seattle, in a rural area, with not very much to do, and don't like it. I apologize for any grammatical mistakes, its not easy for me to write in English!
Thanks in advance.

I don't live in Westfield but many of my work colleagues do. It is a terrific community with well developed youth recreational programs in every sport, an excellent public shool system and good access to shopping and commuting. The population is about 42,000 so it is considerably larger than many of the neighboring communities.

Default westfield

Hi. I have lived in Westfield my whole life. It is a very nice safe place. The schools are fair. I put my children in private schools and would suggest you consider that. They are safe but the education is not that great. Let me know your home price and I can recommend one.
Good luck.
